Walk the perimeter
Look for ponding, and for ground sitting up against the cladding.
Look up at the roof
Debris in the gutters and on the roof reduces drainage.
Look for stains
On ceilings and low on walls, particularly near wet areas.
Open the meter box
The termite management notice should be there.
Then book it
